What's a CMA and when should I request one?

A CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) is a real pricing analysis I run by hand on a specific property — yours, or one you're considering. I pull sold/active/pending comps, factor condition, give you a value range with the comps attached. Use it when you're thinking of listing, refinancing, or making an offer.

Is any of this free?

Yes. All three tools are free, no commitment.

Will I get spammed?

No. SMS alerts only fire when a matching listing hits MLS. Property Updates digest is one email per day max — and only if there's something new. Reply STOP to any SMS, unsubscribe from any email.

What areas does this cover?
