This Privacy Policy describes how David Carter, REALTOR® and Managing Broker, doing business as David Carter Realtor and operating under Call It Closed International Realty ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit explorecosprings.com or interact with our services.

From third parties: property data through our IDX feed (Pikes Peak MLS), publicly available information, and data from real estate technology vendors used in the course of a transaction.

We share information only as needed to provide our services or as required by law:

• Brokerage: Call It Closed International Realty (our supervising broker)
• Service providers: CRM, email, SMS, scheduling, hosting, analytics, IDX, and similar vendors bound by confidentiality
• Transaction parties: co-broker, title, lender, inspector, appraiser, and other professionals required to close your transaction
• Legal: when required by subpoena, court order, regulator, or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing communications, by emailing [email protected]. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to appeal denied requests. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure marketing.
